1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Timeline
- All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Made-to-order or customized pieces may take 10-15 business days or longer depending on the nature of the design.
- Delivery time post-dispatch typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 14 business days for international shipments, depending on your location and local customs processes.
- The total delivery timeline, from the date the order is received to its final delivery at the destination, will range between 8 to 14 days.
1.2 Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above INR 5,000. A nominal fee may apply to COD or lower-value orders.
- International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volumetric dimensions. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the customer as per the laws of the destination country.
1.3 Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Timaraa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen logistical issues.
1.4 Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Orders with incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure or return to origin.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:
- Sizing issues (where applicable and based on availability)
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable for:
- Made-to-order/customized garments
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or perfume stains
2.3 Return/Exchange Window
- You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@timaraa.com with your order ID, reason, and supporting photos.
2.4 Return Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup if the service is available in your location. Alternatively, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
2.5 Refunds
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed as store credit valid for a period of 6 months. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Timaraa reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
